At the Samsung plant in Greater Noida, the scale of operations is massive. Managing the perimeter of such a large facility is the ultimate test for any automation company. The "Hard Part" here was the variety of needs. The plant needed high-speed access for material handling, heavy-duty shutters for the main bays, and secure entry points for thousands of workers. Instead of providing separate products, Aurotoshi engineered a "building envelope" solution. We manufactured and installed high-speed doors that allow forklifts to move between zones without losing dust control or temperature, alongside motorized telescopic sliding gates that secure the outer boundary. By using one engineering standard across all these different products, we ensured that the entire facility worked as a single, coordinated machine.
The real engineering win was in the customization. Samsung required specific safety features and high-cycle durability that off-the-shelf products could not provide. As an Indian OEM, we were able to manufacture these units in our own plants to meet their exact engineering specs. We installed 9T dock levellers to handle their heavy logistics load and integrated tripod turnstiles to manage employee movement. Because we own the design and manufacturing in Ghaziabad, we were able to provide Samsung with hardware that is rugged enough for the Indian environment but smart enough to meet global MNC standards. This project shows how our 33-year legacy helps us manage the world’s largest manufacturing sites with zero downtime and 100% security.
