Building a door for a warehouse is one thing; building a door for an aircraft hangar is a completely different engineering challenge. For the Thriveni Earthmovers project in Coimbatore, the "Hard Part" was the scale and the wind load. Hangar doors are massive structures that must move smoothly despite their weight, and they must remain perfectly stable during high-wind monsoon conditions. Standard shutters simply cannot cover these large openings. Aurotoshi designed a specialized Vertical Lifting Aircraft Hangar Door that provides a clear opening for the planes while maintaining a tight seal against weather and dust.
