One Lane, Three Levels Of Build
A swing barrier controls a pedestrian lane with a wing that swings clear of the passage rather than retracting into the cabinet. That gives a wider opening on the same footprint, so the same lane handles a briefcase, a suitcase or a wheelchair without a separate accessible gate beside it.
It is specified where the entrance is both a control point and a public face - corporate lobbies, airports and metro concourses, hospitals, government buildings and institutional receptions. All three tiers run the same 550 mm standard and 900 mm wide passage at 30 to 35 people a minute.
What separates them is build and sensing. Economy is the slim stainless cabinet with an illuminated wing and six IR pairs. Premium steps up to a heavier stainless section with a customisable wing. Signature is the flagship: a 3 mm forged aluminium alloy cabinet with no welded joints, a servo drive rated to 15 million cycles, eight IR pairs, and opening time adjustable from 0.5 to 1.5 seconds to match the pace of the entrance.
Cabinets, wings and drive assemblies are manufactured in Ghaziabad and every lane runs on an Aurotoshi gate control unit with proprietary firmware handling sensor arbitration, anti-tailgating and fail-safe release.
