Over three days at Yashobhoomi (IICC) in Dwarka, New Delhi, the logistics and supply chain sectors gathered for the 15th India Warehousing Show (IWS) 2026. With India’s warehousing and industrial sector scaling to meet a fast-moving economy, the discussions at the show made one thing clear: modern logistics facilities cannot afford operational bottlenecks.
For Aurotoshi, our exhibition at Stall B37 from June 25 to 27 was not about showing off polished metal and steel. It was about addressing the daily, unglamorous friction points that warehouse managers, operations heads, and site engineers face. 1. High-Speed Doors: Eliminating the Friction of Forklift Collisions
In high-throughput facilities, forklift impacts are an inevitable operational headache. A standard door dented by a vehicle means hours of downtime, manual intervention, and energy loss.
- The Cure: We demonstrated our Auro-TA Zipper Series (Z-5) High-Speed Doors. Built with self-repairing zipper technology, the curtain is designed to dislodge upon impact and automatically feed back into its tracks on the next cycle, maintaining an airtight seal and a fast 2.0 m/s operating speed. For external, high-wind pressure zones, we showcased the Supreme Plus, engineered to withstand wind loads of up to 150 km/hr without bowing.
2. Loading Bays: Solving the "Slow Door Tax" and Dynamic Loading Struggles
A dock leveller is subjected to intense stress. If a leveller cannot handle uneven distribution or heavy machinery transition, structural cracks follow.
- The Cure: We highlighted our Electro-Hydraulic Dock Levellers, engineered to support up to a 9-ton dynamic load. By ensuring smooth, controlled transitions for heavy material-handling equipment, these systems prevent the structural fatigue and "slow door tax" that drain a facility’s productivity.
3. Fire Safety: Strict Compliance to Domestic Standards
For cargo and customs areas, where safety margins are non-negotiable, we presented our range of Fire-Rated Shutters, compliant with IS 3614:2021 and ISO 3008-1 standards. These are the same systems trusted by infrastructure giants like Tata Projects for critical operations at Jewar Airport.
