AFC Gates are essentially Identimatic Flap Barriers that undergo design alteration to make them suitable for automatic fare collection at BRTS and Metro Stations. These gates use AISI-304 brushed stainless steel, while the flap structure is designed in the wing-in-wing elastic form. The primary function of the wing gate motors in these access gates is to release the valid ticket passengers, blocking the invalid ticket or the passenger without a ticket to access. In emergency mode, the wing gate core unconditionally opens the gate to ensure the evacuation of personnel. AFC Gates integrates multiple identification access control functions, including Quick Pass, mobile phone QR code, bus card, and token.
